Carla is a Coffeyville native where she lives with her husband and enjoys the safe small town atmosphere to raise her 3 children. Carla started her career with Century 21 in 1986 where she received the several top sales awards and was named Centurian Agent, the highest award given by Century 21. In 1992 she opened her own office “American Homes Realty”. Her years of experience and knowledge give her agents the best possible training available. A firm believer in continued education, Carla has the distinct and prestigious CRB (Certified Residential Broker) designation. At present, Carla is the only Broker in Coffeyville to attain this designation – Carla is ready, willing, and able to answer all of your real estate needs. Dean comes to American Homes Realty with over 20 years sales experience. Dean’s family has a long history in South Coffeyville; they owned the John Deere Dealership 1973-1991. Dean then worked for Jensen Manufacturing from 1991-2001, selling truck beds. After leaving Jensen, Dean started what would become a successful rental management company. Dean through the company (Property Management) owns over 100 investment properties. In 2005 Dean hired a John Tosh as the full time Property Manager allowing him to focus on listing and selling real estate.
